A qualified Land Economist and Valuation Surveyor with over twenty (20) yearsʼ experience in the Real Estate Sector specifically, sales, rental,vauation and property management, and over six (6) yearsʼ experience in Strategic Management, specialising in project concept and feasibility, Desmond Sicard holds a Master of Business Administration with Distinction from the University of the West Indies. He also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management (First Class Honours) and a Diploma in Land Economy & Valuation Surveying with Honours, both from the University of Technology (UTECH).
