Andre Nelson

Mr. Andre Nelson is a Registered Professional Engineer with BSc in Civil Engineering and a MSc in Sustainable River Catchment Flood Management. His engineering and construction career began in Moscow, Russia where he was involved with large scale commercial building designs. Locally he has served in senior capacities in public and private enterprises including the National Works Agency, CEMEX Jamaica Limited and Caribbean Cement Company Limited.  His experience includes management, design and construction of Commercial Solutions, Housing Solutions and Road Infrastructure Works.  He is also currently serving as the Chairman of the board for the National Road Operating and Construction Company (NROCC).
