Kirk Benjamin is the Senior Director, Trade Facilitation and Special Projects at Jamaica Customs with 16 years of solid experience and knowledge in the field of tax administration. He is trained in the interpretation and analysis of Customs-related laws and serves as the Special Assistant/Technical Advisor to the Commissioner on operational matters and provides technical assistance with the formulation and implementation of Tax Policies for importation. Mr. Benjamin holds an MSc in Public Policy & Management and a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Sector Senior Management Development Programme.
