Sacha Desulme

Sacha Desulme joined the FCJ in 2013 as the Information Technology Manager and was promoted to Human Resources and Administration Manager in 2015. She holds a Bachelorʼs Degree in Human Relations from Pace University in New York and a Masterʼs Degree in Information Technology (Hons.) from the American InterContinental University. Sacha manages the Human Resource Department where she is responsible for recruiting, training, performance management, employee engagement, compliance, benefits and more. She is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Human Resource Management Association of Jamaica.
